Appeal for Aid

The Institute has come a long way in its strive towards women's empowerment and emancipation. It has and still is leading  Vocational Training for Women in Sierra Leone. 

 

Vocational training involves a lot of practical work.  Equipment for practical work is grossly inadequate at the institute.  Consequently the performance of students and overall output of the Institute is being affected. 

The inadequacy also acts as a deterrent to effective teaching/learning.  Like any other vocational Institute however, there are constraints which must be addressed to ensure sustainability and quality service.

The procurement of materials and equipment constitute a major constraint in the light of new challenges brought about by improved technologies and methodologies.  The Institute has launched an appeal both locally and internationally for donation of new or used equipment for the following departments:
